This educational offering will walk the attendee through critical areas of the survey process, including interpretation and application of the CoPs, standards, G-Tags and E-Tags and the pre-survey process. Participants will also understand the difference between standard and condition level deficiencies, what qualifies for immediate jeopardy and sanctions. Instruction will conclude with on site activities, entrance and exit conferences as well as a plan of correction walk through.
